I only know of only one 'Protege' and in that Guardians of the Galaxy arc, he was able to mimic the full power Beyonder (not the retconned one).

If it's this one... then I think Korvac might win. Protege had to see Beyonder use his power in order to copy it so if he starts off on normal power levels, Korvac might be able to beat him.
