Are broken bones a problem for him? does he break his bones alot?

Yea, it would be boring, and poor writing, spiderman dodges, why would he need adamantium.

Unless it was for one issue for a VERY important mission.

He would be able to take more punishment when he goes against Venom Carnage or Lizard
