Toth Amon could win if he gets a leg up somehow (like Kulan-Gath did to Doc when he warped Manhattan. Surprise!), but Doc Strange is pound-for-pound the baddest sorcerer in all comics.

The conan guy who looks like loki?

He's actually pretty tough, sometimes. His power wains so much where one day he can be near Strange's league and the next day he can barely pull a rabbit out of a hat.

But yeah, he doesn't win.
