I would, but I don't remember if Naga Sadow was alive or a ghost when Nadd killed him. If he was alive, then perhaps Nadd could win. If not, then probably not.

both are alive in this fight ghosts suck

I'm talking about when Nadd really did usurp Sadow's title...

Nadd is never confirmed to have killed Sadow. I don't think he could even given the chance. I also don't know a ton about Nadd. I know he conquered Onderon by himself, but other than that, I'm not sure. He was able to control Exar for a time, but uber-Exar killed his spirit in a force rage. I am not completly sure, but I am going to say for now that Sadow could win because of superior force mastery.
