how do you sleep at night?

I find it difficult, seeing as my mind races a mile a second. But I find it helps to focus my mind on something, like a movie, or music, to get to sleep.

If there is a lack of that, I'll pass out about 2 hours before I ahve to wake up.

I've never had any non-medical drugs, and I haven't had enough achohol in my life to get drunk in the slightest (just some wine)
