That should do.

Magic, telepathy, and any brawler who is fast (Superman, Surfer, etc.). In the strength department, no one can touch HM (not even Hulk...yeah, that's right Hulk fanboys) since his strength is limitless and fluctuates based upon need, but otherwise he's kind of a one trick pony.

But He-Man's still the man!

True, it is impossible to match He-man's strength. The more powerful the opponent the more stronger he is. Strong, durable, versatile and determined (he could pushed thru Hordak's magic and all). But he lacks the ultimate power, the wisdom of the elders.

I think the only character that could match He-Man is King Grayskull himself.

If anime characters are allowed into the fight, Lina Inverse could do it with the Ragna Blade (or with the Giga Slave for that matter, but no way in hell she'd use that if she thought she had ANY other option). No matter how tough He-Man can be, the source of the Ragna Blade's power (the Lord of Nightmares, the Slayerverse name for what is basically "God" is still stronger.

Well yeah ... but DBZ is silly. I tend to block out the fact that DBZ is even anime at all. In fact, I try to block out its entire existence whenever possible.

By contrast, a fight between him and Lina could be fairly epic. I assume she couldn't fry him with just a simple Fireball and be done with it, after all, and he COULD definitely hurt her!

You MIGHT be right about DBZ(but I don't think ALL of them could beat him), but Hulk, Juggernaut, and Colossus would go down hard. Well, maybe not classic Juggernaut. That might actually be a good fight.

Why not? He man doesn't even have the hulk's healing factor. And they both seem to have the same stats. The ability to gain strength as needed. They both are super tuff. The enraged hulk would just be out for blood. He man has never been shown to be out for blood. he man is faster no doubt. If he-man needs to finish it, he will, and why the hell would he have to kill hulk? All he has to do is cut him up with his sword, ko him, throw him, outpower him. He-man has more options here.

If he-man realy wanted to though, im pretty sure he could kill hulk, a quick slice to the neck, and he would behead him, then if that didnt kill him, hulk is basically defenseless right about now.

The Power of Grayskull adapts to whatever obstacle He-Man is facing. Therefore, a few characters would be a challenge for He-Man, but there are none that he could not defeat.

I can take on both He-Man and She-Ra and here is how.

First of all, I can become Mumm-Ra-the all powerful which will give me more power than both of these two.

Second of all, if I shoot lightning bolts at the crystals in their swords, they will both revert to being Prince Adam and Princess Adora and lose their superpowers.

Cloak beats He-Man via stealth+bfr 10/10....
