I think outside of our own 5 senses, or 6 depending....there is really no concept of time...It's in another dimension. One we cannot perceive, but just is real....we being parts of the whole of what god is in our essence can live outside of time also, but only in our essence...our solid bodies are trapped in a constant state of change...but the inner whole is timeless....Since I believe we are what god is along with everything the universes are at our energy points...there is really no need for time...
i had a dream i was a god, and along with other gods we created the world, and man. this one group of men built a huge city, greek style i suppose, and it took hundreds f years, which to me seemed seconds. then another group came and destroyed it and invaded, and i woke up thinking woah, what a waste. of course, that was just a dream

or does he even have time at all?
God lives in what many people, at least from my point of view, called the now. He lives in that second that passes just after the near future, but before the present past. I guess, to others that is, God lives outside any relevant time. Which can explain why the Catholic Church hasn't changed for so long.
