After seeing a very disturbing topic of Ghost Rider versus Galactus, I fealt the need to post the super villain wheel. This karmic sphere represents the differant type of villains, and the heroes they are meant to fight. Feel free to label one another under the said villain wheel, I'm just trying to enlighten some n00bs here on how the power-system works.. stick out tongue

The Forces of Nature:
Forces of Nature are godly entities who play a part in the cosmic circle. They aren't really evil so much as they just are. It's a tough concept to wrap your head around, but they mean buisness. And fighting them is ussualy a useless endevure when you could be spending that energy on a more productive matter..
Who Fights Them:
Noone if they enjoy breathing, but perhaps you will see quick scenarios of whomever wants to deny the will of these beings but quickly be dessemated. Or having to convince them to move on, but otherwise the only real way to stir up a force of nature is to pump the volume up to 11. And nobody wants that..

The Just Plain Evil:
The Just Plain Evil, wether born from the nineth circle, or the lakes of fire, were createdly souly for the corruption of mankind and destruction of morality. They take great pleasure in obtaining possession of your immortal soul, or atleast giving you a hardtime. But ultmately there is no real way to beat these entities. Just prevent them from taking something that isn't their's to take.
Who Fights Them:
Though no-one seeks Mephisto or Neron, they ussualy come to them. Wether inviting themselves in Dr. Strange's meditations, or trying to tempt Captain Marvel, they desire souls first and foremost. Especialy pure souls, because purity is something they'll never know so they obsess over it. Thier biggest weakness is probably how much they underestimate the human spirit, and the will to do what is right, which they wouldn't know better..

The Cosmic Madmen:
These guys won't settle for a country or even the world, they want the whole universe! And thier level of power could make that easily obtainable. Most heroes try to avoid such encounters with cosmic madmen. But it will inevitably happen if you are t3h /33t too..
Who Fights Them:
Other cosmic beings, Thanos really isn't able to be beaten by anything less then Silver Surfer or Superman to Darkseid.. They have alot of hidden demons they don't let on about however, because even in the midsts of complete victory they slipup. Perhaps being their own worst enemy because they can't put their feelings to rest..

The World Dominators:
These guys want to rule the globe, they truly believe they could make it better, and they may be right! Guys like Dr. Doom and to lesser extents Baron Zemo have a strong desire for power. This is perhaps what leads them to never obtaining it..
Who Fights Them:
Ussualy people with a personal vendetta. Fantastic Four have reasons for being enemies with Doom, Zemo was the son of a Nazi scientist who naturaly wants to take a stab (litteraly) at Captain America.. But thier greed is what ultimately takes them down. Dr. Doom wasn't happy with weilding the power cosmic from Surfer and wanted Galactus power, needless to say. He didn't succeed.

The Coporate Juggarnauts:
How do you get the system to stop these guys when they ARE the system? Guys like Lex Luthor and Jason Wyn control the goverment and pretty much everything with an iron fist. To bring them down would either make you public enemy number one, or leave your country or perhaps even the world in a very undesirable state..
Who Fights Them:
Normaly coporate juggarnauts could care less, they just want thier seat of power. But Heaven help you if you're on thier turf. Jason Wyn wanted Spawn dead and then he go's and comes back to life, Luthor wants Supes to just go out in space somewhere and let him swim in money. But the heroes are too morale for that. So they must be dealt with. Permanently..

The Petty Thugs:
Your average joe villains, perhaps some gimmick or cool gizmo gives these guys a perk that can easily be dealt with. They don't want to rule the world, they just want to rob it blind! They'd be more succesful at it too if they could just rob one bank then keep a low profile, but they're too proud and stuck on themselves for that.
Who Fights Them:
Heroes who are subpar. Daredevil, Spiderman, these guys have actual LIVES, they don't have time to play hero 24/7. So they're the best line of defence against Mr. Freeze and the like. What's Stiltman without his stilts? Just the guy down the street with a bit of a mean streak..

The Crazies:
Meation thier name and everybody go's silent. These guys are dangerous to everybody and everything and if not for thier power or genious. Be long sense dead. They have differant motivations, Carnage wants everyone bloody and dead, Joker just wants the world to be as ****ed up as he is.. But it's thier crazyness that both makes them strong and weak. Because though random, they also have alot of trouble focusing. And thus the heroes can take advantage.
Who Fights Them:
Whomever the insane freaks put in thier own little world. Carnage sees Spiderman as a threat for his lover the symbiote, Joker feels a connection to Batman because we all know Bats isn't exactly stable, it's up to whomever happens to be in thier way to just do what they can. These are the villains most commonly seen apprehended. Too bad they're too crazy to be confined or mellow out.

The Cannon Fodder:
We're starting to come down to the bottom of the barrel. Here is cannon fodder. When heroes are in a bad mood, they beatup on these chumps to make them feel better. What is HYDRA but a bunch of skinheads with a death wish? If AIM is supposedly composed of some of the most brilliant scientists in the world, why do they wear such stupid outfits? These guys are like stormtroopers of Star Wars and only there to slow down or otherwise divert your attention to the real threat.
Who Fights Them:
Most of the time guys like Wolverine or Captain America, yes there's alot of them. But if Superman fought them you could rest assure there wouldn't be enough left to make a second hit..

The Political Zealots:
These guys don't want to rule the world, they just want everyone to think like they do! Despite being dangerous to thier respective heroes, they have a very vane purpose which is why they end up alot of times almost playing hero themselves. What would Magneto accomplish after the entire world was composed of mutants? What would Red Skull do if the world was made up of nazis? They'd have nothing left to shoot for and have to go home.
Who Fights Them:
Someone who represents the embodiment of what they aren't just for the whole concept of democracy or whatever. Magneto is a xenophobic madman, so Proffessor Xavier, a mild mannerd open-minded thinker and his band of mutants, are his enemy, Red Skull the neo-nazi with a degree in ass kicking, is enemies with the soldier of everything our country stands for, Captain America. It's pretty lame when you think about it.

The Pains in The Asses:
The only thing worst then a guy with real ultimate power who wants to destroy the world, is a guy with real ultimate power who wants to play! These annoying entities look pretty much the same. Mr. Myxliplict, Impossible Man, Batmite.. They all only serve to attract children to comic books and annoy the hell out of super heroes..
Who Fights Them:
No-one really FIGHTS them, so much as they play thier little game so they go away. Get retarded Myxclypict to say his name backwards (Really, wouldn't this be extremely difficult?) and he's done for, act as if you give a damn what Impossible Man or Batmite have to say and they'll go away.. These guys are at the bottom of the wheel because they're not really a threat, just well.. pains in the asses..

And there's the wheel. Enjoy.

the crazies should definitely be above the thugs. its sheer will power that makes them so dangerous. you can beat a superhero if you have a mind to, and thats what makes these guys so ****ing deadly.
