Who would between Saesee Tiin and Anakin Skywalker (both from AOTC) in a starfighter dogfight?

Anakin is said to have been the best starfghter pilot in the galaxy, but that may not have been until ROTS. Saesee Tiin was the best before Anakin became the best, but in AOTC Anakin might not be better than Saesee yet. I'm not sure, but I think Saesee would probably win.

From AOTC I think it's Saesee Tiin. I'm not sure about ROTS
