Okay, both women can use pheremones to control men, and both are immune to poisons and toxins. They're dropped into Central Park at midnight (along with whatever street thugs or thieves stupid enough to be in Central Park at midnight). They know there is an enmey present that they must defeat, but know nothing about each others powers/abilities.

Poison Ivy's phermones and toxins is FAR more potent than Spider-Woman's

In fight, it all depends if Ivy has plant monsters and things of that nature to help her. She doesn't have a chance in hell all by her lonesome.
