Hi there. I'm looking for the name of a movie I saw some 15 years ago. The scene I have engraved in my mind is: it's a company, and a young executive is carving his way to the top. At a certain point in time the big boss calls him to ask what he could do to improve business, and he says that the old man in the sales department is old-fashioned and that he could do better. The boss then calls the old man and says they should resolve the dispute - and lays 2 baseball bats on the table. The young man couldn't believe that was real, but the old man grabs the bat and firmly attacks him. Well, for some reason I could not see what happened next. If somebody can help to find out which movie was that I would be very thankful.
