2)Jean AT LEAST recreated Galactus universe...a feat that is beyond the big G's abilities.

How do you know Galactus cannot mend a universe? Michael Korvac who had the power cosmic from steealing info from the ship of Galactus could alter and shape the universe. He had a fraction og G's power

Yeah, but the Pheonix Force, Death, and Eternity are older than Galactus and this universe. We know this from the Marvel Handbooks stating that the Phoenix Force was what saved Galactus from dieing when his universe did.
