Sounds about right to me. People in the U.S. don't realize just how sympathetic so many people here were to Nazi politics. Many members of American society agreed with their rabid anti-semetic views. Which raises the question of why no one expected to find 6 million dead jews once Germany was defeated?

And Deano, while you're pointing the finger at dead American politicians, you should be posting stories about sympathetic British politicians, as well. Because there were quite a few of those too.

yes but this is just a tiny tiny piece of the puzzle. theres so much more to know and once you research the right info you begin to fit things together and things make such sense.

thanks for providing this to us Deano.Like I said,I have been trying to reason with some kmc posters here since day one about this but its always just goes through one ear and out the other with them.I tell them all they got to do is read the book The unauthorized biography of george bush which details it all with the proof of it all in black and white but they never listen.Hopefully they will pay attention to you on this and this link that you have graciously provided us,will make them wake up and smell the coffee about him.some people here are a lost cause on that though and they will try to discredit you on it,they just haven't come on and posted yet and I'm sure you know who those people are.

On top of your incorrect use of the name, this isn't about Dems v. Reps. This is about Bush's daddy's daddy being a Nazi sympathizer. No one here is calling Bush a Nazi, even though he gets his PR advice from a man that graduated from the Josef Goebbles School of Propoganda. Take my family for example. They didn't arrive in this country until 1922. Much of my family still lives in Germany and Switzerland. Many of them were Nazis. But, that doesn't mean that I'm a Nazi..(even though they fascinate me) It doesn't mean that I'm inviting my jewish friends over for dinner and tossing them in my oven.

Deano, even you have to admit that the financial/buisness dealings of GW's ancestors has nothing to do with his current political ideals.(he would have to have some of his own for that to apply) Henry Ford was a rabid supporter of old Adolf and his buddies. He sent huge amounts of money to Germany. That doesn't mean that people who buys Fords are supporting anti-semetic practices.

several japanese companies which exist today exploited the forced labour from the death marches (when auschwitz was evacuated due to the approaching red army) people were forced to to walk hundreds of miles to underground mines in germany run by japanese corporations

i remember seeing a documentary about it...i cant name the company involved because i cant remember but it was one of the main companies in japan today...
