It was pointed out in Apoc vs Blackbolt that Apoc is much like Rita:

I think their loser powers would cancel each other out and they'd somehow both win.
But, they lose again by default.

For some reason I think Rita would use the month of prep better than Apocalypse - his plans are always pretty sluggish, she comes up with hers pretty fast.

She makes goldar grow ,and then stamp on apocalypse no amount of celestial tech is gonna save him from being a stain on the bottom of goldars shoe.
