Why was Palpatine so against Women and Non-Human's in his Empire?

Or is it that GL wrote his character to be like a space Nazi? Where he hates women and the aliens represent the Jews.

That Nazi allegory doesn't hold; the aliens aren;t treated remotely like Jews.

The military aspects of the Empire are VERY Nazi, of course, but the cultural set up seems rather Colonial, based on the British Empire. Hence all the English officers!

Actually, in both ANH and ESB, no real aliens seemed to be on the sides of the empire or alliance. You didn't see any aliens running from AT-AT's on Hoth, or any on the Star Destroyers in green suits, then in ROTJ, it seemed that alot more got involved with the Alliance, but not the empire.

I always thought there was a difference between the rebellion and the alliance.
That the rebellion was made purely from humans and that the alliance they got in RotJ was an alliance with all the different rebels, aliens included

Doubtful, seeing that Vader refers to it as a Rebel Alliance.

That was meant as a shorter version of saying 'Rebel Alliance'

I always thought the Empire called it a Rebellion and the alliance didn't view themselves as a rebellion but almost as freedom fighters hence they called themselves the alliance, and the two got married to Rebel Alliance.

Leia calls it a Rebellion in her message to Obi-Wan.

Umm to answer the original question about why Palpy doesn't have women on board his force ... ummm probably because he didn't want to make the rebel's job any easier !

I think I'll stick to Ush's plan...again.

As for "The Alliance should be gathering...", the galaxy is a big place, and if the Alliance was all in one place, it wouldn't really work out.

Well in the movies, yeah sure he didn't have any woman. But in the EU he did. Palpatine probably had them off doing some mission that probably didn't have a real point.
