Two 'Lils', two years

I think you might have to select the dimensions. Save it to your comp. Go back, upload it and then it should work.

Basically, use the avatar creator. When you've uploaded it, a pop-up will say either open or save (and another, unimportant option). Save it, then go back to the page where you actually upload your avatar (user profile/options/whatever it is) and upload the pic you just saved.
