Tell me about Protocide; unfamiliar.

Really don't much ether, Protocide was Clinton McIntyre. He wasn't really a role model in the behavior department. In fact he was participating in PROJECT: PROTOTYPE because he figured it was preferable to being shot for killing his commanding officer. McIntyre took the serum without Erskine's knowledge and died because the formula was incomplete. Decades later McIntyre would be revived by A.I.M. (Advanced Ideas Mechanics). Protocide was led to believe that Captain America killed him to usurp his position in the hearts of America

Does Red Skull still have an identical clone body of Steve Rogers, with all his fighting prowess and agility( except the scarred red head) or has that phase passed?

Yep

Bats, CAp and DD take it.

Bats takes out Joker because hes so familiar with him.
Cap takes out Red Skull in a long drwn out fight. Bats may come to help.
Daredevil takes out....well, noone listed Protocides powers or abilities.
