Does anybody know anything about this guy

Looks like a cosmic Mr. Clean.

He was a serial killer who Captain Marvel(Genis) endowed with a small portion of his comic powers fo a short while. This was a time when Genis was driven mad by the brothers of Eternity, Entropy and Epiphany I think. I can't remember their names. It was a 4 part story arc. That guy gave good ol Rick Jones a lot of sh!t to deal with.

He was the guy that was executed for murdur, but then genis brought him back to life to see if he would have to be released, as he had already served his sentance
