Oh.. I have such sweet memories about watching Teenage Mutant ninja turtles, it was so interresting..
But when I finally saw it again later on, I was like.. Damn! This makes no sense at all.. Or it was a different TMNT cartoon. There are probably like twenty different series these days.

You can't hate the turtles but you can hate some of the bad production, the new guys don't appreciate the old stuff.

as a kid, i remember watching the first one in a small town called Gallup, NM. i vividly remember running up and down the isles and doing karate chops and kicks. it was because how can these turtles look cool, all the while walking and talking? soon after that movie, my pops was disappointed about the way me and my brother had acted. thus, burning the TMNT into my mind, leading to a kind of obsession until the dreadful 3rd movie.

I like them just fine, but I wouldn't say they are "realistic".
