Galactus is at 70% power, Still enough to take Odin, I think.

Galactus power level varies depending on how long it's been since he's fed. Just after he's consumed a world he's at 100% power then it starts to decline until he feeds again. When he's faced earths heros in the past he's usually extremely weakened as it's been a long time since he's fed. Odin however is more powerful than 99.9 % of earth's heros. I felt that a full powered big G was still way too much for him though and Odin would be able to easily defeat a really weakened Galactus. I'm guessing that Odin can give a decent fight to a Galactus who's between 50 and 70 percent of his full strength.
