ok batman doesnt have his utility belt and grant is in his prime who wins this fist fight?

Batmans probably a better fighter overall but Ted could force him to work like crazy to take him down.Teds whole "Nine Lives" advantage isnt likely to matter either since Bats isnt gonna kill him so ill go with Batman in a slufest

WildCat is a master of boxing.
Batman is also an adept at boxing, having been taught by WildCat himself. Bats, however, is also the master of 127 martial arts (according to DC). That means he knows 126 more than WildCat.

Winner: Batman. He knows things Grant probably couldn't even pronounce. It would be a wonder if this fight lasted over 10 seconds.

Edit: IF you meant that the fight would be nothing but fisticuffs, basically pure boxing with no 'exotic arts' added in, then the fight lasts longer than 10 seconds. But Bruce still wins.
He is amazingly fast (the only person apart from DareDevil to dodge a projectile from BullsEye during the crossover). And he is at peak human condition. Grant is still going down, even if it is pure boxing.
And if it is anything goes then Bruce wins this in one move.

I'm pretty sure with the crew Wildcat hangs out with, he knows a bit more about fighting than just how to box, although he's far from a master, or even adept at them. Wildcat's a great character, and for "just an old boxer" in a catsuit, he's taken down some insane foes (check out recent issues of Birds of Prey with the Silk Brothers). Don't overestimate Batman. I think Bruce takes it, but I don't think he takes it in 10 seconds.

Wildcat is immune from aging process and so, plus his 9 lives grants him limitless stamina.When the 5th Dimension Imp was creating havok in Keystone City he was punching living mail boxes and concrete monsters for hours, he fought no-stop without getting tired.
Grant has great willpower, he even let Mr. Myplxz or how he's called kill him, and he doesn't knows that maybe the 5th Dim. magic may overcome his 9lives and kill him once and for all.
Wildcat is a great hero, and if you check his appearences you'll understand why he's still in charge.

Wildcat is a great hero, and if you check his appearences you'll understand why he's still in charge. He lost all but one of or two of his lives a while back in the newest series of JSA.
