No prep. They are not to attack or attempt to mind-control each other in any way. Their job is to attempt to mindcontrol a subject in the middle of the room. The subject has absolutely no free will whatsoever. The subject just so happens to be a Class 100 powerhouse. In order to survive, they must attempt to mindcontrol the subject into killing their foe.

The subject is 100 feet apart equally from each opponent.

They can only begin at the sound of the bell.

Yes... In this issue, Batman drains all other strength people (he IS strength incarnate), leaving him the only candidate for this contest. Batman fakes the no free will thing. He begins swaying back and forth between the two, then batkicks the room in a surprise move. The wave of pure power kills both.

Seriously, I say stalemate. Neither gains enough real influence for it to go either way.
