The funniest anime ive seen is full metal panic fumoffu.

FLCL is weird,crazy,funny,depressing(naota voice overs of the city) and happy all at once.sorta like me at times

Personally I believe that Gravitation made me laugh the most!! Funny stuff, and it makes me laugh everytime I see it!
