Beta Ray Bill defeats Morg,Thor goes nuts and holds the Surfer off. Drax beats Terrax as he is simply to powerful.

Morg I think would take Drax semi-easily. SS vs Thor has been debated to death, so lets say they stalemate each other. BRB will take Terrax, but not without a decent fight.

Drax and Terrax are the respective weak links. Thor beats SS like always does. BRB has a Thor-lite powerset, so he probably either stalemates or loses to Morg. Drax loses to Terrax. Thor against an extremely weak Morg and Terrax Vs Thor. Thor wins.
