Ok Havok and Cyclops has had with one another so they go to Forge and ask him to build a device where when they are fight they can fill pain from the others power. After that it all but for the crying

havok will prolly win


at normal levels, cykes power will knock a man around, havoks slightest will kill. plus havoks blasts cover a wider area

Either could kil the other pretty easily. Though Havok's more powerful, Im going to say Cyclops. Better skills and all that. His aim's just crazazy. (Cyke won't be dodging one of those omnidirectional blasts, Havok won't be dodging a visor-off blast)

Here will not matter who has more powerful blast, but the one who hits another first, that will decide the battle.

Havok won't need great accuracy - he once turned several miles of desert into blackened glass from unleashing his plasma energy. Cyclops won't be dodging a blast as wide as that.

Cyke, I think is more skilled, and if he goes crazy, he could take this. Havok could cover alot himself, but big brothers always win.

Like already stated this depends on whoever gets first hit...........

Cyclops wins more often than not.

Even if they shot at the same time, their energies are different.

Cyke's concussive blast would pierce right through Havok's plasma. Havok's plasma would kill Cyke, while Cyke's optic blast kills Havok.

But I firmly believe Cyclops will fire first. All he needs is to open his visor, that's it. Then Havok's dead.

This is how I see it.

Cyclops 4/10.
They kill each other 3/10.
Havok alone wins 3/10.
