I think he-man would get his ass handed to him

Hulk can handle him by himself.

He-man is stronger and faster than all them combined. Thus thing and colossus gets one-shotted. He-man then koes Hulk in a couple of shots.

Hulk would be a challenge. I think the Sword might be the kicker. Hulk could match him blow for blow, and maybe then some...but I doubt even he could heal from, say, not having a head.

I bet he could.

The head would grow a body and the body a head.

Looking at that stuff, apparently he-man is powered by great mgical stuff and unless you can cut that off. the team can't really do anything to him.
