Given their current rosters (and we are including Avenger reservists), which of the two teams really deserves the title, "Earth's Mightiest Heroes Under the Defenders?"

The X-Men have no Shi'ar technology anymore (since it recently went sentient and tried to kill them), and dead or disafilliated members (Swordsman/Moon Knight, Jean Grey/Northstar for some respective examples) are not involved.

The two teams sort of have prep time, but not really. The X-Men start out in their Westchester Mansion. The Avengers start out in Stark Tower, Manhattan. Both teams know they have to take each other out, but neither will be seriously trying to hurt each other (unless, you know, they do.)
