This is true. However, he needs Dumbledore's help. Which is why he is staying at Hogwarts, he needs to communicate to Dumbledore, I don't care that he transformed into a Phoenix or whatever, but he needs to talk to him via HIS PORTRAIT in McGonagall's new office! That is the only way he can talk to him, which is why he must stay.

Come on think logically. In a public oppinion you can't watch the greatest evil die and not make the killer an Auror as soon as the word gets out Harry will be offered the job. If he takes it or not now that is unknown.

You all forget the reason for the books and why jkr isn't righting more is that the Books are harry's 7 years at school if he dosn't return to school then he is couter dicks jkr.
