Alright, in spite of Long Pig not changing his own thread like i asked i made one of ym own which i think is a little bit more fair. Zeus, Odin, and all of Asgard and Olympus are tired of Earth and want to destroy everyone who inhabits it so they can claim it. Hercules and Thor side with Asgard and Olympus but such beings who live their it doesnt mean they have to fight for it, for example Sturm, Drang, Surtur, Ymir, etc anyone who altho living there hates Asgard/Olympus are neutral in this war. So who wins?

Earth...too much intelligence and resources

Reed Richards, Doom, Apocalypse working together can enahnce the abilities of all other heroes with tech and magic

Spiderman, Iron Man, Dr.Octopus, The Leader, Mr.Sinister are all geniuses in their own right, so they could help the above three concoct effective plans against Odin's army

oh sry wut i meant wuz only Marvel heroes

hmmm, that changes things quite alot

I think the heroes might still prevail, but certainly its alot harder
