Dexter obviously.....he has the fire power, and his lab is obviously in an interstitial dimension, cuz its much much bigger than the rest of the house. in fact if you remeber that one episode where he actually got lost in there you'll know what im talking about. neutron just canniblizes electronics thats laying around the house.
