I can understand why you'd be upset, but you're a fool if you think she could ever be considered your friend. Friends don't **** eachother over like that and leave you feeling like shit. And if they did, they wouldn't be your friend for very long..

hey I'm great friends with my ex ( from High school), in fact I'm talking to him right now, about a guy i'm crazy about, and he's teasing me about finally being girly. And when he and his gf were having probs, I was there to see if I could help.
SOOOO It is possible to remain friends. Well that depends on how nasty the break up was. Our , however, was not.

she didn't cheat on me, she gave me a pretty decent reason as to the end of our relationship, she didn't get all in my face all the way through our time togther and i dont think there is a way to break up with someone that is easy and dosn't make you feel like shit.

I had this huge crush on this girl, and basically she let me know that she only wants to be friends, and believe me, I've tried to hook up with her on several occasions, however, it really is clear to me that she only likes me as a friend. Well, once I came to realize that I'd never hook up with her, I let go of those strong feelings I had for her and put myself in 'friend mode.' Now, she and I are practically best friends. Sometimes she'll stay the night at my pad and sleep on the couch wearing my Shrek pajamas, and we'll watch Nip/Tuck DVD's or whatever after a night at the bars. I love it. I'm over the whole trying to hook up with her thing and it spawned a great friendship that makes me feel like a kid again. We call it a 'pajama party' when she comes over. I cook her breakfast and late night snacks and stuff, and I don't even have to put myself in 'friend mode' anymore, it just comes natural with her. So, I guess I'm saying that yeah, a girl you have a crush on can end up as a healthy friendship, but a girl who you have actually hooked up with, I'm not so sure.
