you're on the right track.. just observe proportional rules, and then apply them to anime

thats where i started off..it svery good for learning the basic structure of anime ^^

i suggest learning the basics before attempting anime style drawings. even the greatest of the greatest anime artists did that! there are no shortcuts unless you were born with an innate talent, and those types are rare indeed!

Yeah, and definately try not to become overwhelmed by the different aspects of things.. just tackle it head-on

theyre pretty cool... hhmmnn.. gettin the right body proportion is pretty hard.... so good luck on that 1.... i cant get it either. lol

^_^ Keep trying. You'll get it eventually. My tip is on hair: just because it's spiky doesn't mean it has to be unnatural. your first one's hair looks like a jester's hat attached to regular (though close to the head) hair lol! try to even it and don't let it go two different ways so unsmoothly. As for your second one, pretty good, but the big, pink bang hanging down isn't natural either. hair isn't flat, no matter what you do on the bottom, so try putting slight breaks in hair and splitting some ends so it doesn't look so unnaturally flat. As for the pink board (no offense, just trying to help!) try to curve it slightly to the right so it curls nearer to her natural color of hair. This gives it a more together look. Third, no comment..fourth, just look at some proportions for the body and follow my tips on hair, and you'll be getting some of the biggest parts of anime! ^_^ good luck with drawing anime!!

Good? No offence but they are rather shite, please dont take offence better to be honest lol. But obviously u just started drawing anime so in time u will deffinately get a lot better. I prefer to use my own drawing style rather than a defined one which needs to be taught.
