Fail. Thanos was God over one universe. IT allows the user to usurp ONe eternities place. He's not God. OR else the LT wouldn't be allowed to ban the use of the gems together. Also, God, knows all and sees all. No way for him to ever lose like thanos did. Even if it's becuz of his own self doubt.

As powerful as Superman Prime is...there is nothing to suggest that he has a chance in hell of beating the IG.
