Akuma with Power gem (1 week of prep with it)
vs
Thanos (no Prep)

Which badass wins?

SF is a very dangerous thing to get into in the versus forum good buddy.

I'm going to say thanos, akuma has destroyed a comet 1/3 the size of the earth, but I'm not going to fathom what damage he can do with a power gem with a week of prep.

I am not sure people understand the context of his abilities or his fighting style either.

I hear ya. I feel the same way, but I thought this would be an interesting matchup.

Thanos is a bad man, and we know what Akuma does to bad man, if he uses his attack on soul. If he wouldn't succed with that (cause Thanos is cursed), than I would go with Thanos, Akuma has showed to destroy asteroid 1/3 size of Earth, and that asteroid was moving, so even much more difficult to destroy it, but still not enough for Thanos, but with power gem, he could.

i dont know what akuma could do with the power gem, but if he can master it he would defeat thanos easily,but if he doesnt he would lose.

Not true. Champion had the power gem and he is a master of every fighting style in the universe, he still lost. Akuma is known for his fighting ability, not his intelligence. If anyone could find a way to defeat him, I believe it would be Thanos.

I don't think Akuma would use the gem BTW, seems like the kind of thing he'd shun because it's not his own power.

True on all accounts, champion is a better fighter, had the same power, and used it.
