You really shouldn't be so generous with the blanket statements about moderators, because you're mostly wrong. There's no favoritism, and regardless of who starts threads, if it's a duplicate, if it's offensive, and if it's unnecessary, it's going to get dealt with. No user is any better than the other, regardless of how well liked they are or how long they've been here. You guys may have had bad experiences with one, but their actions don't reflect that of the other almost 20 moderators on these forums. That's totally unfair to even suggest we're in league or something.

Why should we "reward" people or following the rules like they're supposed to to begin with? That doesn't make any sense, because the forums are free to you, nobody made you sign up, and we're not getting anything in return from you?

If users are acting like they're supposed to, great. That's what's expected of them, and there's really no "reward system" in place for doing what you're supposed to. I mean, people that help out eventually got Moderator nominations. Aside from that, why praise people for behaving on an internet forum? We're doing the do-gooder's a favor by eliminating the bad seeds.

Fruition means to have something come of an idea. I proposed a Movie Genres forum, we got it. I proposed a Video Games Forum, we may get it sometime.

I think a pretty good example of not showing favoritism was banning a KMC favorite and not giving him a 2nd chance. If you have issues with Moderators you think are playing favorites, just say something.
