firelord vs hercules. (hercules has taken down firelord before)

morg vs thor. (when he returns)

fallen one vs sentry.

terrax vs fantastic four.

tyrant vs thanos (hey he is a good guy now they can bring him in for this battle)

this is how the heralds will be taken down.

and as a bonus.

galactus vs molecule man.

Genis takes out the Fallen One.
Thor & Wonder Man take out Silver Surfer.
Gladiator takes out Morg.
Beta Ray Bill takes out Firelord.
Sentry takes out Terrax.

Strange, Thor, Sentry, Quasar, Jack Of heart , Hulk , X-men , Avengers........

Herald can't win.

And you won't need the likes of MM etc

give the Heralds Tyrant also to give them a better chance.

Marvel Earth is by far too much for herlads.

Marvel Earth wins. Too much powerful opposition

Marvel wins through numbers and through Intelligence. Remember that this is all of marvel earth so count the bad guys too. Imagine what Reed Richards, Dr. Doom, Apocalypse, Tony Stark, and others working together (at least temporarily) could whip up to take on the heralds.
