Powers/Abilities: Uber-Strength, Invulnerability, Flight, Phasing, Control over energies(even in motion), Matter manipulation, magnetism/anti-magnetism, intangability, infinity-beams, manipluate the molecular structure of objects and energy draining.

1. What's the difference between Phasing and Intangibility?
2. How is control over magnetism (wtf is antimagnetism?) different from control over energies?
3. Doesn't manipulating molecular structures include matter manipulation?

Powers: uberstrength, invulnerability, flight, phasing, control over energy (this includes energy absorption) and matter, infinity-beams.

What? No uberspeed or ubersenses? No magic? No dimensional portal opening? A smart Thor wins.

THe IM man has more powers than that. Telepathy, Teleporting, ect. He's also far more durable than Thor, Stronger than Superman, and his Infini beams can go thru pretty much anything.
