I haven't been following Alpha but read the first few.
He's a totally new character. He's like a wood god or something.
Someone who knows more can help me out here.
Remember this is where Wolverine came from.

Thor. Yukon Jack was long lived, could produce light of some sort, and he had these bone carvings on his chest that he could detach and use as a weapon, he also had enhanced strength and speed, but nothing to make him Class 100 worthy.

Thor wins.

They are extremely long-lived, and his ultimate bone move is very strong but Thor has more versitility. All though his bone attack did cut through metal pretty easily so against Thor's durability...up to you to decide, since we never saw his full power or all what he can do.

That series of Alpha Flight sucked.
