Alright sure i admit im a fanboy of Genis, but this is how i really think this goes:

Strongest at base Strength: Classic Juggernaut
Overall Strongest: Savage Hulk
Most Durable: Classic Juggernaut
Fastest on Land: Northstar
Fastest in the Air: Gladiator
Has the most powerful weaponry: Insane Genis' Kree-Photon Gun
Has the most powerful item(s): Genis' Nega Bands
Smartest technologically: Dr. Doom
Smartest scientifically: Reed Richards
Is the most ruthless/willing to take life: Insane Genis
Smartest strategically: Thanos
Has the greatest H2H Fighting skills: Wolverine
Can generate the most powerful energy: Genis
Has the most destructive move capabilities (such as BB's scream, the godforce, etc): Black Bolt's scream
Has the best matter manipulation abilities: Genis
Has the greatest senses/awarenesses: Genis
Has the best healing/regenerative abilities: Mr. Sinister
Who can make the best use of their prep time: Dr. Doom

So overall i'd have to say that Genis would win a free-for-all.

the surfer and thanos take up almost all the categories some thor

id say wolverine has best healing factor also. he gettign his head cut off no big deal to him(wolverine32)

Overall Strongest: Again, i'd say Gladiator, since i seem to recall in an FF comic reed saying that since his powers are psionic in nature, he can just increase his strength to match the required feat

Most Durable: Probably Classic Juggernaut with shield up.
Fastest on Land: no idea. Prolly Northstar
Fastest in the Air: Either Gladiator or SS. I know Gladiator's speedblitzing makes him famous, but SS with his board i'd say can match his speed or surpass it.

Has the most powerful weaponry: Thanos. Freezing a mad Thor with the power gem? please.

Has the most powerful item(s): HAD - Thanos. IG.

Smartest technologically: I don't know. Doom, Thanos....
Smartest scientifically: Banner, Richards, Doom.....
Is the most ruthless/willing to take life: Definitely Thanos. Come on....killing the Universe???

Smartest strategically: Thanos. Prep is like his middle name.
Has the greatest H2H Fighting skills: Electra, Daredevil, Psylocke, etc. etc. Wolverine doesn't come anywhere near here.

Can generate the most powerful energy: Er....not sure what you mean. Could be BB, Magneto, Havok....depends on what you mean.

Has the most destructive move capabilities (such as BB's scream, the godforce, etc): Same as above.
Has the best matter manipulation abilities: SS
Has the greatest senses/awarenesses: Errr......SS?
Has the best healing/regenerative abilities: Deadpool
Who can make the best use of their prep time: Thanos. Definitely Thanos.
