Term 3 school holidays just started. the weather outside is beautiful, no none is home, its 12:30 noon, and I'm still walking around in my underwear eating a Toblerone. Could things be any more perfect?

Wake up, around 6:30, go for an hour long jog, come home, take a hot shower, sing a little, have some tea, read while listening to Nat King Cole or John Coltrane.

Lady Luck - I love to jog and take long walks, but no way in hell I'm waking up at 6:30 am. I didnt know people woke up that early, thats when I just go to bed

Getting up three hours before work, jogging or biking along the rec trail on the Monterey coastline, maybe lifting a bit of weights, swimming in the pool for a few minutes before I sit in the hottub, shower, cooking a nice big omlette, going to work, and afterwards, having a beer with my good friend Teresa at the Bulldog British Pub on Lighthouse Ave.

Lucky for me I work from 3-11pm, so getting up early for me is 12 noon.
