ICQ is the best of all the chat programmes for several reasons, but for the best coverage vs. system use it is best to use both ICQ and MSN.

you can hack yourself in real easily on ICQ...

the design is lame, and it doesnt have the possibilites of icq and msn. good for talking with many at the same time of course, but not one-on-one

errr... you CAN talk one-to-one in mIRC!
