Firelord can only sue fire related powers, if he can he can boost his physical capabilties. No transmutaion of elements accept fire can manipulate fire subtances if he can and effect things like volcanos allowed.

I'll go with Team Lightning, Living Lightning and Zzzax shouldn't be bothered in the slightest by heat powers and all the Team Fire guys can be taken out with concussive attacks or by having their synapsis taken over by almost any of the electric guys

His flame is more powerful than that of Torch.
Plus his invulnerability and reaction time, agility and reflexes are all superhuman.
