On the same level as Shuma? Maybe not. If they battled within Shuma's realm, it will probably Thor's ass. Thor might be able to take Dormammu within his realm though.

a fulled powered King Thor could be on Shuma level at least.

You can't blame me overrating. You see, Galactus is below Death right? Rune King Thor went beyond death itself (check ragnarok Thor:disassembled). Of course RKT limitations of power is not shown much but by theory, he could be.)

All of them possibly could except Thanos or Onslaught. I don't think either of those two could stand up to RKT. Thanos was getting pimp slapped by Odin. Imagine him fighting the King of the Skyfathers, the All Father, Rune King Thor.

Onslaught just doesn't seem as big of a threat than he was made out to be. Sure Normal Thor was there, but where was the Silver Surfer? Or Dr. Strange?

3. Galactus = All versions of Galactus could. Then again, RKT could possibly take a weak version of Galactus, or stalemate a normal powered Galactus.

4. Phoenix = Yep.

5. Hmmmm... Parallax is questionable also...

If Phoenix can do it, Parallax can do it easily.
