I saw this movie on TV last year, but didn't get to write the title down, it was to do with an english Literature teacher and her husband. They both meet when they were quite young, married, but no children. In the movie the women writes winning novels and is a very well know for her lectures at the university, then to make a long story short, she comes down with Alzhimers, and just goes good to worst, and I think at the end both have succumed to Alzhimers if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, that is the movie I've been looking for. I have a co-worker who's mother is going thru this Alzhimer period and I will give her the DVD to look at.
