But How good is his healing factor, is it at Wolverines or Deathstrokes level ?

I say stalemate. Deadpool can't be killed but he certainly can't take down Shiva and Batgirl either, at least not h2h.

It's a toss up.

Shiva isn't meta, batgirl isn't supposed to be, but anyone who reads her comics knows shes meta as all hell.

DP just needs to let them tire out, he could possibly take Batgirl in h2h.
