Dr. Octagon
i got this virus on my other comp.

my comp starts up and a message pops up which says "jusched.exe" and then
everytime i try to go on the internet it pops up a message and says "dwwin.exe" failed.

any help?

yerssot
jusched.exe is a process installed alongside Sun Microsystem's Java2 suite and, and checks for/installs Java updates.

dwwin.exe is a part of the Microsoft Doctor Watson error reporting tool which comes packaged with some Microsoft products.

I would guess re-installing Java should be the first step?

what is the exact text you get?

Bardock42
Yes...Format your Hard Drive...always the best solution....

Did you try to Uninstall it per Control panel > Software?

You could try to repair windows too....it works the same way as formating but you chose to Repair instead of Install.

dwwin.exe - Application Error

the application failed to initialize properly (a bunch of numbers). Click OK to terminate the application.

Sounds like your postmortem debugger is broken. Shouldn't be a problem unless theres an error anyway though.

-hh-

eggmayo
No idea.

delete broken process smart
manually (I'm doing it all the time big grin)

-hh-

you go to the exact folder where that thingie is and delete it huh

and if something goes broken you gotta re-install windows (or whatever you have), but it never happened to me happy

-hh-
ok ill try doing that
