Basically press your shift key 5 times.

Am I correct in saying its because the PC thinks your holding shift that it opens new windows?

right click on the image and go to properities, then copy it and paste.

How do you delete your history

Either download 'Windows Washer' or click the thing next to favourites at the top that looks like a clock and right click and delete all the items.
