Who takes it?

Graviton gets 1 hour of prep. Flash gets none since he's so damn fast.

Time is irrelivent for one faster than time itself.
Flash could extend his prep to a billion years and we'd never know.
See, the moment in between when they start the battle, and the first time a power is summoned, is as long as Flash wants it to be.

He's right.

Flash is actually not very fast anymore, he's just a time traveler. Anyone who can time travel as easy as he can is as fast or faster than Flash.

Graviton has flew from Sun to the Earth at near lightspeed, and was thinking while he was moving at such speed, and able to stop himself effortlessy to watch the dead of the Redeemer member Meteorite, so his reflexes and brain activity must be pretty damn fast, so I see him winning if he just use his powers to increase gravity to the point Flash can't even blink.

Is he that fast on land though, or just in space..? Flash is much faster than that regardless of your answer and his brain is fast enough to keep up with him.

Can Flash fly? Graviton will most likely come into the match flying.

Flash has the potential to be faster.

Like, if there was a race to point A to point B, people like Surfer would own him to the point where Flash is standing still.

Flash is slow to hit the speedforce mark, then he time travels.

Flash is slow to hit the speedforce mark, then he time travels. No, tapping the speedforce is instant. He just needs to will it since he's mainlined to it. As has been pointed out when he did the imp punch, Zum and him fighting knocked over a vase, he stepped into the speed-force, ran around zum, came back, came out of the speed-force, imp punched, him and caught the vase before it hit the ground.
It's a matter of when he wills it.


And timetravel is also how surfer moves so fast. It's not raw speed.

SS can fly beyond light speed but he doesn't need to time travel to do it.
