TPM - The Pod Race ( in particular, extended DVD version.)
AOTC - Obi-Wan & Anakin pursue Zam Wesell across Coruscant.
AOTC - Obi-Wan & Jango Fett in the Asteroid belt.
ANH - Luke, Leia, Han, Chewbacca running through Death Star.
TESB - The Millenium Falcon running through Asteroid Field from TIEs.
ROTJ - Luke & Leia on speeder bikes chasing Stormtroopers.

Chase, not battle. The ideas behind it are pursuit, confrontations,
turning the tables etc.
I would say The Pod Race from TPM, just narrowly over the Asteroid Chase from TESB.

Speeder Bike chase for me.

Dan Skywalker
The Asteriod chase from The Empire Strikes Back

I didn't think of anything from ROTS that qualifies as a chase - The Obi-Wan/ General Grievous chase is too brief, much of it off-screen. Not sustained enough. The actual physical encounter was longer.

Asteriod chase ESB

I like ANH chase simply because it involves the scene when the stormtroopers came in the control room where Threepio and R2 were hiding, the stormtrooper on the right bumped his head on the door when they came in.
