Don't feel bad. Last time I was truly sick, I threw up a dozen times in six hours. Was starting to panic that I wouldn't be able to keep food down.

I took some Pepto Bismol.

Hopefully, it helps...

And the last time i threw up, when i was 4 years old, now i'm 24.

Praying is the only option my friends. Yay for me!

I was sick for 3 weeks straight and had to go to the hospital
